• THERMO-FLO TECHNOLOGY: Contoured lid promotes natural convection heat to match the stone temp & oven temp for perfectly cooked crust & toppings. Reaches temps over 800° F, cooks pizzas in under 5 mins
• PROPANE POWERED: 15,000 BTU stainless steel burner heats the stone from below for even and fast heating. NOTE: Does not include propane tank.
• EASY TO USE: Integrated temperature gauge with "PIZZA" zone pinpoints the perfect temperature for cooking pizzas. Piezo ignition for easy and reliable start up
• DUAL-HINGED LID: Patent Pending, double-wall design with front-access pizza door for sliding pies in and out with minimal heat loss. Flip the lid open for easy cleaning inside the oven.
