About This

• Dense Hardwood Performance: Made from dense South American quebracho blanco hardwood that burns hotter and longer than standard lump charcoal with consistent heat output and reduced wood consumption
• High Heat with Long Burn Time: Reaches over 1100°F for searing and delivers 4+ hour open burn or 20+ hour low oxygen burn time for smoking brisket, ribs, pork shoulder, and extended cooks
• Low Ash, Clean Burning: Produces minimal ash for less grill maintenance and improved airflow control while resisting sparks and popping embers without harsh smoke, chemicals, fillers, or additives
• Efficient Performance for Low and Slow: Requires 25% to 40% less wood for low temperature smoking, maintaining steady heat in kamado grills, charcoal grills, offset smokers, and ceramic cookers
• Resealable Bag: Waterproof and dustproof poly bag with resealable top and integrated carry handle for storage, transport, and protection from moisture between outdoor grilling sessions
